I replaced the processor, but now I select the polarization voltage and grid voltages are below normal. When I remove the bias voltages 4-400 get back to normal. The tubes I 'M now that is using new Eimac January 8438. But the problem also occurs with old Amperex 8438. Voltage stabilizers VR-150 and VR-105 are new units. The rectifiers have been tested and found good. Is there a way to rest my 4-400 tubes without replacing them (I do not have extra tubes)? if you need more info on this problem to give a precise answer to let me know.

It doesn 't matter if the power is on / off. I replaced the 12AX7 tube dell'invertitore, which does not help. Also, there are components obviously skipped. Should I change the power transformer primary?
