Vintage Amps
larrydoyle52 asked:

I bought an excellent used to Reverb in 1971. I have owned different amp? King for Jole different but excellent was my pride and joy. excellent? stolen to 1986. Do not play much but I would buy a guitar amp? King around 50W-100W with a good 12 "real speaker. I do not want to spend much. I know there are all kinds of fly-offs dell'annata shock cushion, the boogie of MESA, etc.. ebay are new or want something hot but cheap

Sorry you lost your super. You know it’s been reissued?

The Blues Deluxe is a great sounding all tube amp with that Fender sound. You won’t touch any Mesa amps for cheap.

If you want true tube Fender sound, sadly you’re going to pay for it. You might look at some modeling amps. They are generally cheaper and it might get you closer to the sound you are looking for. Fender has some cheaper amps and some may included some (modeled) fender tones. I own a Cyber Twin and love it but its pricey. It has a tube pre amp.

You might try looking for an old Traynor YRM-1SC Reverb Master or other Traynor.

Which can be had for around $200 if you can find one.
